Am I allowed to promote or advertise my fundraise?

Yes, you are allowed to promote if you use ECSPR. Be sure to clearly identify your marketing communications as such, keep the information fair, clear and not misleading, and consistent with the information in your KIIS. 

Also keep in mind any of your country's normal rules around marketing - just as you would for any normal marketing materials.
