## Where to track your withdrawal status You can see exactly where your withdrawal request is in the process by heading to your Withdrawals page https://wefunder.com/[your-company]/withdrawals. Just replace **[your-company]** with the name you used in your Wefunder campaign URL. The Withdrawals page gives you a visual tracker showing each stage your request moves through. ## Understanding each withdrawal stage Your withdrawal will move through five stages from the moment you hit "request funds" to when the money lands in your bank account. Here's what each one means: ### Requested You've hit the 'request funds' button and we've added you to our queue for review. We're looking over your request to either approve and schedule the withdrawal, or provide feedback if something needs to be fixed. This usually moves pretty fast. ### Rejected (OR) Approved If something's off - maybe you don't qualify for a withdrawal just yet, or maybe it is too soon to request another withdrawal - we could reject your request. We'll always send you an email letting you know why, so that you have context and next steps. If your request is approved, that means we've reviewed your request and it looks good. We've assigned you to a particular withdrawal date. Next, we'll begin preparing the investor list. ### Preparing We'll start compiling the investments that are eligible to be included in the tranche. Then we'll confirm the final disbursement amount, run a few checks and reviews, and set up all the information in our system to get ready for the actual wire transfer. ### Signing You (or the person who signed the Form C) will receive an email from closing@wefunder.com with investment contracts for you to e-sign. This email is typically sent with 1-2 business days before disbursement. Once the contracts are signed, your disbursement will move to the wire transfer stage. ### Withdrawn We've queued up the wire transfer or have already sent it out. The money is on its way to your bank account. Wire transfers typically take 1-2 business days to show up, so don't panic if you don't see it immediately. Within 1-2 business days after the disbursement, you'll also see the final amount and investor list on the withdrawals page.
