What do I need to do to extend my campaign deadline?
Most Community Rounds have an SEC-imposed deadline of April 30th. Depending on your Form C filing, we may need to file additional financial documents to extend round round.
Please reach out to your account manager with your desired closing date — they’ll work with you to handle the filing.
