## Troubleshooting login issues If you're having trouble logging in, try these steps: **Are you using the web login?** The app is gone, so make sure you're going to https://wefunder.com/login and not looking for the app. **Verify your email and password.** Make sure you're using the right credentials. Double-check for typos and caps lock. **Reset your password if you've lost or forgotten it.** Did you forget your login info? On the login page, you can choose the 'Forgot password' option and follow the prompts to re-set your password to a unique, secure combination. Sometimes a simple password re-set is all that's needed. **Stuck on 2FA?** Let us know if you have your authentication device available or not. See our "Troubleshooting 2FA codes" article in this help center for more guidance. **Getting an error message?** Take note of exactly what it says. A screenshot helps too if you can grab one.
