How do I make sure investors don't see Reg D platform fees when I share my page?
Reg D platform fees (management fees + carry) are only waived for investors who arrive via your direct invite link. The invite link is how Wefunder recognizes you as the source.
To set up an invite link, go to your Deal Page. On the upper left corner of the page you should see an Invite button. Click that and go to Reusable Links. From there you can copy an existing link or create a new one. Any investors who invest from that link should have 0% carry and management fees!
