## 1. Can I export documents for my law firm?
Yes. You will be able to export all signed contracts as well as a list of investors.
## 2. Are investments eligible for QSBS tax benefits?
Oftentimes. As long as the various criteria for QSBS eligibility are met (for example, the company raising capital is a C Corp, with less than $75M in assets at the time of investment for shares issued after July 4, 2025 or less than $50M in assets at the time of investment for shares issued before July 4, 2025, the investor holds the investment for 5+ years, etc.).
