Do Wefunder investors appear as one entity on your cap table?
Yes! All investors on Wefunder will be aggregated into SPVs.
Even if you raise funding from 2,000 investors on Wefunder, if they were in the same SPV, only one entity will appear on your cap table.
If you raised with both early bird terms and regular terms, then they will be aggregated into respective SPV's and appear as two entities on your cap table.
