Investor charged but the investment shows cancelled — where did the money go?
If an investment was cancelled, but a charge still appeared on the investor’s side, this is typically because they triggered payment when they initially created the investment. In cases like this, we have to wait for the transaction to process before we can trigger a refund to the investor’s original payment method.
Can you share the name and email of the investor so we can investigate and check in with them?
