Wefunder investor fees

## What Fees Does Wefunder Charge? Wefunder charges transaction fees when you fund an investment. The amount depends on which payment method you use. Here's the breakdown. ### ACH (Bank Transfers) or Wire Transfers **2% fee** with a minimum of $8 and a maximum cap of $150 per transaction. This is the cheapest option. Whether you're investing $500 or $5,000, the fee structure stays the same. ### Stablecoin Payments **2% fee** with a minimum of $8. ### Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay **5.5% + $2** per transaction. There's a minimum fee of $8, but there is **no maximum cap**, which means larger investments will have higher fees. ## Why Credit Cards Cost More Credit card processors (and Apple Pay/Google Pay) charge payment processors a higher rate than traditional bank transfers. That cost gets passed along to you. ## Important to Know - The fee is calculated per transaction. If you increase your investment amount after already investing, the new amount gets its own fee calculation. - These are one-time fees at the time you invest. They are not ongoing charges. ## Questions About a Fee? If something doesn't look right or you have a question about a specific charge, just reach out to support@wefunder.com. We're happy to review it.
