Does Wefunder file my Form C and annual reports, or do I hire someone?
After you provide all the information we need via the Form C checklist, Wefunder will prepare and file your Form C for you. You will need to review and sign the Form C before we file it, but we’ll handle the whole process for you.
You don't need to hire a separate attorney to draft the Form C for you, we’ll handle that. If you’d like to have your legal team review the Form C after we draft it, we’re happy to work with them.
Wefunder can also assist with filing your Annual Reports. You will need to provide information and updated financials for each annual report, but Wefunder handles the actual SEC submission.
