Where founders find their filed Form C and SEC filings (Form C, C/A amendments, C-U updates)

Your **Form C** is the disclosure document filed with the SEC for a Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) raise. It is a **public filing**, and it is filed **before your Reg CF round opens** — so if your community round is live or has closed, your Form C has already been filed and is publicly available. (A Form C is only used for Reg CF raises; private Reg D rounds don't file one.) ## Where to find it **1. On Wefunder** Your Form C disclosure lives on your company's Form C page: `wefunder.com/<your-company-slug>/form_c`. It shows your summary cap table, officers, board members, voting control, key risks, and other disclosures. You can also reach it from the "Form C" link on your public company profile. **2. On SEC EDGAR (the official filed version + all amendments)** Every Form C and its amendments are filed with the SEC and are public on EDGAR: - Open EDGAR full-text search: https://www.sec.gov/edgar/search/ - Search your company's **legal entity name** (or CIK). - Filings appear by type: - **C** — the initial Form C - **C/A** — amendments to the Form C - **C-U** — progress updates - **C-AR** — annual reports (filed after your round closes) ## Executed SPV / investment contracts Your signed legal contracts — including the **SPV operating agreement** and subscription agreement — are **separate** from the Form C. To download executed copies, go to `wefunder.com/<company-slug>/contracts` (See the article on contracts used for SPV and Custodian raise structures for the full list.) ## Timing - The **Form C is filed before your Reg CF round can open**, so it is available as soon as your raise is live — not after your round closes or funds are disbursed. - **C-AR annual reports** are filed later, after closing.
