How do I close my round early or cancel it and refund investors?
To cancel your raise before funds have been disbursed:
Before contacting Wefunder, please notify your investors directly that you intend to close or cancel the raise. Once investors have been informed, reach out to your Wefunder account manager, who will process the cancellation and coordinate investor refunds.
To close your raise early:
If you'd like to close your raise before the scheduled end date, please provide at least two weeks' notice. If you have already disbursed funds and still have investors with uncommitted investments, encourage those investors to complete their investments before the new closing date.
Next, contact your Wefunder account manager with the date you'd like the raise to close. Once the date has been updated, notify all investors of the revised closing date.
