How do I add a team member or give editing access to my Wefunder campaign?
Go to your Editor page, then the Team section: wefunder.com/[your-company-slug]/editor/team
- Click 'Add a Team Member' and fill in their information.
- Choose their access: view-only, or full editing rights. Members with editing rights can post updates and make edits to your raise page.
- After you add them, they receive an email invite. If they don't already have a Wefunder account, that email prompts them to create one.
If you're using the in-app assistant, it can also do this for you — just give the person's full name, their email, and say whether they should get editing access or view-only access. You'll be asked to confirm before anything happens.
There are only two access levels:
- **Editing access** — they can edit your raise page and post updates.
- **View-only access** — they can see the page but not change it.
Company-level access is scoped to that one company. It is not site-wide Wefunder admin, and it can't make someone an owner. Moving the **Primary Owner** badge has to be done by emailing launch@wefunder.com.
The Editor → Team page is also where you go for anything more than inviting someone: setting a teammate's title, bio, or social links, marking someone as a **Founder** so investors see them on the public deal page, **hiding** someone from the public page, or **removing** an existing team member.
