A lot of common questions get answered faster that way. **Have feedback?** What's working great? What's confusing or could work better? What did we get wrong? We're building this thing and we'd rather hear it straight than guess. ### Common Questions **Q: What's the fastest way to get help?** A: Check the help center first if you're on the platform. Your question might already be answered. Otherwise, email us (support@wefunder.com for general questions, and launch@wefunder.com if you're a founder with questions about raising on Wefunder). **Q: How long does it take to hear back?** A: Usually 24-48 hours. **Q: I found a bug. What do I do?** A: Email support@wefunder.com and describe what happened. That's the easiest way for us to track it and fix it. Share a screenshot of the page you're on and any error message(s) you may see. **Q: Can I get on a call instead?** A: Email works better for us, so you'll receive a faster and thorough answer that way. Wefunder's team is small and busy. We get a lot of inbound interest every week and we can't speak to every person one-on-one. We'd love to, but the math doesn't work out, so the best way to reach us is by email. If you need to speak to someone urgently, please send us an email including the information below: - Your company name - The question or problem you're working through We read every message. We may not always schedule a call, but we'll always reply with something useful - either an answer, a pointer to the right doc, or a next step. We make exceptions for high-context conversations - unusual structures, sensitive situations. If you have one of those, mention it explicitly in your email and we'll figure out whether a call makes sense.
