Understanding your withdrawal amount
## How your withdrawal amount is calculated
Your next disbursement amount depends on several factors:
- The total "ready" funds available at the time of your request.
- Minus the Wefunder withdrawal fee, which can be confirmed on your Form C.
Disbursement amounts may adjust if clawbacks must be processed.
### Viewing your disbursement details
After the disbursement completes, you can visit your withdrawals page (https://wefunder.com/[your-company]/withdrawals) to see your exact eligible amount along with a full breakdown including:
- The gross eligible amount
- The Wefunder fee charged
- The net amount you received
### Important notes
- The "ready" funds represent the money available in your current withdrawal tranche.
- Disputed charges may trigger clawbacks, temporarily or permanently reducing the withdrawal amount.
### Understanding the provisional nature of your withdrawal amount
Often, the amount you see communicated as your next withdrawal is a maximum eligible estimate that is subject to change until the opt-out period has fully ended. For example, an amount may be presented as the current maximum withdrawal amount eligible, but this number is not finalized. It can be reduced if investors opt out or if clawbacks due to disputed charges arise before the opt-out period closes. This means the final amount you receive may be lower than this initial estimate.
If you see unexpected amounts in your breakdown, review these factors and your fee details on the Form C for clarity.
