## Where to track your withdrawal status You can see exactly where your withdrawal request is in the process by heading to your Withdrawals page https://wefunder.com/[your-company]/withdrawals. Just replace **[your-company]** with the name you used in your Wefunder campaign URL. The Withdrawals page gives you a visual tracker showing each stage your request moves through. ## Understanding each withdrawal stage Your withdrawal will move through six stages from the moment you hit "request funds" to when the money lands in your bank account. Here's what each one means: ### Requested You've hit the 'request funds' button and we've added you to our queue for review. We're looking over your request to either approve and schedule the withdrawal, or provide feedback if something needs to be fixed. This usually moves pretty fast. ### Rejected (OR) Approved If something's off - maybe you don't qualify for a withdrawal just yet and haven't met all criteria, or maybe it is too soon to request another withdrawal - we could reject your request. We'll always send you an email letting you know why, so that you have context and next steps. If your request is approved, that means we've reviewed your request and it looks good. We've assigned you to a particular withdrawal date (always on Fridays). Next, we'll trigger withdrawal notifications to your investors so they know their money is about to head your way. ### Opt-Outs This is the SEC's 5-business-day waiting period. We email all the investors who'd be included in this tranche and give them one final chance to "opt-out" of the tranche if they change their mind. The SEC requires we wait the full 5 business days before we can move forward. ### Preparing We're in the home stretch. We're confirming the final disbursement amount, running a few checks and reviews, and setting up all the information in our system to get ready for the actual wire transfer. ### Signing You(or the person who signed the Form C) will receive an email from closing@wefunder.com with investment contracts for you to e-sign. This email is typically sent with 1-2 business days before disbursement. Once the contracts are signed, your disbursement will move to the wire transfer stage. ### Withdrawn We've queued up the wire transfer or have already sent it out. The money is on its way to your bank account. Wire transfers typically take 1-2 business days to show up, so don't panic if you don't see it immediately. Within 1-2 business days after the disbursement, you'll also see the final amount and investor list on the withdrawals page. ## Important notes about amounts and fees - The amount you receive will be reduced by the Wefunder withdrawal fee. - The final confirmed amount will be visible on your Withdrawals page after the opt-out period closes.
