What name appears on your cap table when you raise on Wefunder
## If you use an SPV
- It will be called "[Company Name] [#], a series of Wefunder SPV, LLC."
- If you used early bird terms, there will be a second SPV holding early bird investors, with "EB" added to the name.
## If you use(d) a Custodian
- It will be "XX Investments LLC."
- It will represent all of your Wefunder investors.
