Raise amounts & timeline
## How much can I raise?
There is no upper limit on how much you can raise.
## Is there a minimum amount?
There is no minimum raise amount. However, if you raise less than $50k in the SPV, you'll need to cover a portion of the SPV expenses so that investors do not pay more than 10% in fees.
## How long can my raise be open for?
There is no limit, but in practice, we recommend keeping raises short.
