What does Wefunder charge in fees?
It's always free to start raising on Wefunder.
Reg CF (Community Round): 7.9% of the amount raised, taken only when the round successfully closes — no upfront fees.
Private Rounds are free for founders. Direct investors also pay no fees. SPV investors pay a one-time $10,000 setup fee. For investors you invite, there are no investor or founder fees. For investors Wefunder introduces from our investor base, those investors pay 5% management fees (0.5% for 10 years) and 10% carried interest.
