On Wefunder you can raise capital through Private Rounds and Community Rounds. ### 1. Private Rounds (Regulation D) [Private Rounds](https://wefunder.com/private-round) are the quickest and easiest to set up. With Private Rounds you are limited to raising capital from accredited investors only, and you cannot publicly promote your raise. ### 2. Community Rounds (Regulation Crowdfunding) [Community Rounds](https://wefunder.com/community-round) involve more legal paperwork, but you can raise from anyone (unaccredited and accredited investors), and publicly market the raise. In both Private Rounds and Community Rounds, Wefunder creates a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) that rolls all the investors up into one line on your cap table. ## What if I'm not ready to fundraise?
