For a Reg D raise, does Wefunder provide the investment contract?
For Reg D, we have three template investment agreements ready to use: SAFE, convertible note, and SAFE + Revenue Share. You also have the option of raising using stock, but you will need to provide your own investment contract for that.
If you plan to raise using your own investment contract, rather than one of our templates, the Wefunder team will have to review the contract before we promote you or send you funds.
