Adding or removing teammates on your campaign
## How do I add a teammate to my campaign?
Go to your campaign editor and click **Team** in the sidebar (the URL looks like `wefunder.com/[your-company]/editor/team`). Click **Add New Team Member**, enter their full name and email, then click **Continue**.
The next screen lets you set their title (e.g., "CEO," "Head of Marketing"), describe their accomplishments, link their LinkedIn/X/website, and choose which role flags apply to them.
## What role flags can I assign?
Each team member can have one or more of these:
- **Founder** — Marks them as a founder on the public deal page. Use this for co-founders and anyone you want investors to associate with the company's leadership.
- **Editor** — Gives them access to edit the deal page and post updates. Use this for anyone helping with content who needs to actually log in and make changes.
- **Hidden** — Hides them from the public deal page entirely. Useful for marketers, contractors, or operators who need account access but shouldn't be listed publicly.
The flags are independent — a teammate can be a Founder *and* an Editor, or Hidden *and* an Editor. Mix and match based on what they actually do.
There is also a **Primary Owner** badge — that's you (the account creator). It can't be reassigned through the editor; if you need to change who holds it, email **launch@wefunder.com**.
## How do I remove someone?
Open their card from the Team page and click **Remove Team Member** at the bottom of the panel. They lose access immediately.
If you accidentally remove yourself or your only Editor, see [Regaining access when locked out or removed](09-regaining-access-when-locked-out-or-removed.md).
## The invite email never arrived. What do I do?
Try these in order:
1. Have them check spam and "Promotions" tabs — Wefunder transactional emails sometimes get filtered.
2. Make sure the email you entered matches the email they use to log into Wefunder.
3. Remove the invite and re-send it. A fresh invite link usually goes through.
4. If it still doesn't arrive, email **launch@wefunder.com** with the company name and the email address you're trying to invite. We can grant access manually.
## Can I have multiple Editors?
Yes, and we recommend it. If only one person can edit the page and they lose access, you're stuck waiting on support. Two Editors is the safe minimum.
