Getting an error or can't complete your investment?
Sorry you're running into trouble completing your investment — we can get this sorted.
## What helps us fix it fastest
If you saw a **specific error code or message** (for example, "error 422" or "error 500"), please reply with those details and, if you can, a **screenshot**. That lets our technical team investigate right away. Your investment slot is not lost while we look into it.
## Quick things to try
- **A payment method is being rejected:** some deals restrict certain payment methods. Try an alternative such as ACH or wire, or reply and we'll check your account.
- **A verification or email link isn't working:** open it in an **incognito / private window**, or reply and we'll send you a fresh link.
If those don't resolve it, we'll flag the issue to engineering with priority and a specialist will follow up with an update. Thanks for your patience while we get to the bottom of it.
