Can someone invest on behalf of another person or entity?

Investors must sign the subscription agreement themselves — a third party cannot sign on another person's behalf without a valid Power of Attorney (POA). If an assistant or representative has POA, they may proceed — but the investment must still be recorded in the legal name of the investor or entity (e.g., the trust name, not the assistant's name). Contact your AM to facilitate this properly. Without POA, the actual investor must complete the invest flow themselves.
