If I raise on Wefunder, what name will appear on my cap table?

If you raise using our Nominee structure (our standard structure in the EU), it will be “Wefunder Investments Ltd.” This entity represents all of your Wefunder investors. 

If you use an SPV, we use a Delaware series LLC that’s named specifically for your fundraise – eg., “Your Company I, a series of Wefunder SPV, LLC.”
