Wefunder is not compensated with any management fees or transaction-based revenue for Reg CF SPVs. 

There are costs involved in managing the investment vehicle (e.g. for regulatory filings, accounting, and tax document distribution), but those costs are included in the annual admin fee that Wefunder charges to all companies. Companies will not be charged any additional fees for using an SPV**.
