Can I replace my Lead Investor? What if they quit?

You can't fire them. The Lead Investor is meant to advocate for investors. You should choose your Lead Investor carefully - pick someone you like working with.  

However, if you have evidence of bad behavior that is against the best interests of your company or a serious conflict of interest, Wefunder can intervene in extraordinary circumstances.
