- Most US-based companies can raise on Wefunder, but there are a few types of businesses we are not allowed to host.

- There is no cost to start raising on Wefunder. If you raise $50,000, file a Form C, AND close on funds, then Wefunder charges a 7.9% success fee on what you raise and $1,000 per year to manage the SPV (special purpose vehicle), unless you choose to disband the SPV in the future. 

¹ Include these disclosures in all public communications (emails, ads, posts, etc.) before filing your legal work – you'll have to file screenshots of each communication alongside your Form C!
