How do I close my raise?

After your funding target has been met and at least 21 days have passed, you can initiate the close of your round at any time if you like.

Investors are given a 5-day warning prior to closing with one last chance to edit or cancel their investment; after that, their funds are locked in, and you'll work closely with our closing team to receive your disbursement.
