If you use an SPV, it will be called “[Company Name] [#], a series of Wefunder SPV, LLC.” If you used early bird terms, there will be a second SPV holding early bird investors, with "EB" added to the name.
If you use(d) a Custodian, it will be "XX Investments LLC." It will represent all of your Wefunder investors.
